Prepainted Steel Coils

Excelroof pre-painted steel roofing combines the superior strength of steel, the corrosion resistance and protection of a continuous galvanized steel coating, and a unique paint system specially formulated to resist fading, rusting, flaking and even heat, thanks to its Solar Reflective Pigments (SRP). All these allow each coil to maintain its color for up to 25 years, even in the very hot and humid climate of Southeast Asia.

Trinar

A tough, weather-resistant finish preferred by top design professionals and respected contractors, Trinar is a high-performance fluoropolymer coating containing a minimum of 70% polyvinylidene (PVDF) resin. This unique resin is combined with other proprietary resins and the highest quality ceramic and select inorganic pigments to produce the finest metal finishes.

Silkote

This is a silicone-protected polyester coil coating system designed exclusively for the metal construction industry. It closes the performance gap with the higher priced PVDF in terms of longevity and features the best balance of flexibility and toughness.

Flexikote 1000/5000

If you’re looking for a straight polyester paint system, then Flexikote is for you. It comes in two variants: the 1000 and 5000. The 5000 series is the highly durable polyester version that provides better color retention.

Textured/Woodgrain

Our proprietary coating technology replicates the natural look of wood and other finishes like stone-chip so you can enjoy the strength of steel but with the sophistication of stylish textures.

Metallic

This is a high-performance pearlescent finish that uses the Trinar coating system.

Clean Panel

Our roofing and wall products prepainted with USDA-approved Clean Panel paints feature a unique antibacterial technology that actively helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination. This makes them perfect for food manufacturing plants and other similar facilities where surface bacteria may cause odors, stains, food poisoning and allergies.

Clean Panel paints are designed to last for up to 10 years even when exposed to regular cleaning routines using commercial detergents.

Cool Panel

Coils coated with this energy efficient coating system from AkzoNobel reflects up to 70% of UV radiation. This makes them resist heat better, making the interior of your home cooler even in summer.
